Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

Lost or Stolen Packages

Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and time. We will also provide the tracking information, and the customer can contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at radhapitara@gmail.com with photos of the damaged package and items within 48 hours of delivery.

International Shipping

For international orders:
